To consider asking the Maldon District Council if a sign can be placed at Fambridge Close stating the following:

|| MALDON DISTRICT REPLACEMENT LOCAL PLAN PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS
To receive (a) a letter from James Doe, Chief Planning and Development Services Officer, Maldon District Council regarding the proposed modifications to the Maldon District Draft Replacement Plan (Revised Deposit);
(b) further information from James Doe stating that the closing date has been changed from the 18th March to the 29th March and a copy of the official notice.

To receive and consider from the Area Highway Manager, Essex County Council a letter and plan regarding the proposed no waiting - Spital Road.
|| JUSTICES LICENCE
Notification has been received that Andrew James Doherty, Keelers Way, Great Horksley, Colchester, Roger Charles Welland and Robert John Ashcroft (continuing Licensees) have applied for a transfer of Justices Licence in respect of Tesco store, Fullbidge.
