"The Passion of the Christ" shown on Sunday, 6th March, 2005 attracted an audience of 15 people; £45.50 was taken on the door and £1.55 for refreshments.

To receive and consider updated financial reports regarding the refurbishment works at St. Peter's Churchyard.
|| ALL SAINTS' CHURCH
To consider the request from the All Saints Estate Committee for the Council to contribute towards the repairs costs to the paths within All Saints' Churchyard, estimated at £1974.00 (+VAT).

To receive and consider the draft Annual Report for 2005
|| To consider the 3 quotations for printing:
At the Finance and General Purposes Committee meeting held on 15th June, 2004 (min 5b), Cllr. Savage stated that he wished to view the murals held in storage by the Maldon District Council to ascertain their condition. To receive a report of Cllr. Savage regarding their condition, with the view to removing them from storage for display on a temporary basis should a suitable occasion arise.
