To receive the list of Maldon District Council Planning Decisions.
|| STANDING ORDERS - PLANNING APPLICATIONS
Further to minute 88 of the Town Council meeting held on 5th October 2004, members will recall that the following agenda item was considered at the Council meeting and it was agreed that it should be referred to this meeting:
The Planning Committee be granted the authority to determine planning applications and in this respect standing order No. 61 be amended to read:
"Every planning application referred to the Council for observation shall be referred to the next meeting of the planning Committee for determining.
If any application is contrary to the terms of the Maldon District Local Plan which requires a change of policy, the Planning Committee will make recommendation to the next meeting of the Town Council. If the timescale laid down by the District Council cannot be met, the recommendation will be referred to a Special Meeting of the Town Council."

Further to minute 90 of the Planning Committee meeting held on 11th October 2004, to consider the comments to be forwarded to the Local Strategic Partnership regarding the presentation by Mr C Bailey, Maldon District Council regarding the new Planning Process.
|| PROPOSED H3G BASE STATION AT ST PETERS HOSPITAL, SPITAL ROAD
To receive and consider a pre-application consultation regarding a proposal to install a radio base station at St Peters Hospital, Spital Road.
|| ROAD SAFETY WORKING PARTY
a. To receive the notes of the Road Safety Working Party meeting held on 11th October 2004.
b. Further to note 4 of the Road Safety Working Party meeting held on 11th October 2004,
to consider the date for the next meeting. It is suggested that this be held on Tuesday 16th November at 7.30pm in the Conference Room.
|| MALDON DISTRICT DRAFT REPLACEMENT LOCAL PLAN - INSPECTOR'S REPORT
Further to a letter circulated to members regarding the Maldon District Draft Replacement Local Plan - Inspector's Report, to receive a report of the Chief Planning and Development Services Officer, Maldon District Council to the Special Meeting of the Planning and Licensing Committee held at the District Council Offices on 14th October 2004.

RESTRICTION OF WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING, ON STREET PARKING PLACES AND DISABLED PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2004
Further to minute 160 of the Planning Committee meeting held on 9th December 2003, to note that a copy of the Public Notice (Maldon and Burnham Standard - 14th October 2004) and the sealed order has been received from the Principal Legal Assistant, Essex County Council regarding Market Hill, High Street and Fambridge Road.

Further to minute 21 of the Planning Committee meeting held on 1st June 2004, to receive from the Planning Inspectorate a copy of the appeal decision regarding the above. Members will recall that the Town Council objected to this application.

Further to minute 32.b.10 of the Planning Committee meeting held on 28th June 2004, information has been received from the Maldon District Council that an appeal has been received regarding the above. Members will recall that the Town Council had no objection to this application.
