DESCRIPTION OF DEVELOPMENT: Redevelopment of the existing site for the erection of 54 sheltered apartments plus house managers accommodation with associated car parking and landscaping.

Further to minute 258.a.4 of the Planning Committee meeting held on 26th April 2004, information has been received from the Maldon District Council that an appeal is to be held on Tuesday 10th May 2005 at 10.00am at the Council Offices, Princes Road, Maldon regarding the above. Members will recall that the Town Council objected to this application and in view of this a representative of the Town Council could attend the inquiry and, at the discretion of the Inspector, take part in the discussion.
  7. TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

DESCRIPTION OF DEVELOPMENT: Removal of existing chalets and construction of 124 dwellings, public open space, landscaping, new highways and associated ancillary development.

Further to minute 86 of the Planning Committee meeting held on 27th September 2004, information has been received from the Maldon District Council that an appeal is to be held on Tuesday 14th December 2004 at 10.00am at the Council Offices, Princes Road, Maldon regarding the above. Members will recall that the Town Council objected to this application.

Further to note 3 of the Planning Committee meeting held on 16th August 2004, information has been received from the Maldon District Council that an appeal has been received regarding the above application. Members will recall that the Town Council had no objection to this application.
