 15. REPRESENTATION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL

To consider whether the Town Council wishes to be represented at meetings of the following organisations and, if so, to appoint Town Council representation:
 15.1 Anti Social Behaviour and Youth Offending Sub Group

To appoint two representatives to attend meetings of the Anti Social Behaviour and Youth Offending Sub Group.
 15.2 Blackwater Estuary Siltation Steering Group

To appoint two representatives to serve on this committee.
 15.3 Civil Emergency Representative - (Daytime)

To appoint one member of the Council to represent the Town Council at any emergency exercises.
 15.4 East Essex Transport Forum - (Evening)

To appoint one representative to attend meetings of the East Essex Transport Forum.
 15.5 Essex Association of Local Councils - Maldon District (Evening)

To appoint up to four representatives to attend meetings of the EALC - Maldon District. The Town Clerk is usually one of the representatives.
 15.6 Essex Association of Larger Local Councils' - Larger Local Councils Forum (Daytime)

To appoint two representatives to attend meetings of the EALC - Larger Local Councils' Forum. The Town Clerk usually serves on this Forum.
 15.7 Friends of the Prom - (Evening)

To appoint a representative to attend meetings of the Friends of the Prom.
 15.8 Health Authority

To appoint a representative to attend meetings relating to Health Authority issues.
 15.9 Maeldune Trust - (Evening)

To appoint two representatives to attend meetings of the Maeldune Trust. For information Cllr. Mrs. Game is a Maeldune Trustee.
 15.10 Maldon Chamber of Trade and Commerce - (Evenings - 1st Monday of the month)

To appoint a representative to attend meetings of the Maldon Chamber of Trade and Commerce.

 16. RE-LOCATION OF POST OFFICE

To receive and consider a letter from the Network Service Manager, Post Office Limited regarding the re-location of the Maldon Post Office.

 17. PARISH FORUM MEETING

At a recent Parish Forum meeting it was agreed that a presentation would be held on the Licensing Act which would be open to members of Parish/Town Councils. A pro-forma detailing dates and times for the presentation is attached. Should a member be interested in attending, please complete the pro-forma and return it to Eva McNeill, Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon CM9 5DL.
