APPEAL BY: Dartmouth Park Estates
SITE ADDRESS: Land at Spital Road, Maldon
APPLICATION REFERENCE NO: 03/00944/OUT
APPEAL REFERENCE NO: APP/X1545/A/051180489

DESCRIPTION OF DEVELOPMENT: Demolition of existing buildings and associated development to provide a retail park and associated development comprising non food (A1) and restaurant uses (A3) together with associated landscaping, car parking, highways and related works.

Information has been received from the Chief Planning and Development Services Officer, Maldon District Council that the above mentioned appeal has been received by the Planning Inspectorate in respect of the above site against the decision of the District Council to refuse planning permission. The Town Council objected to this application.

Information has been received that David John Adams and Lorraine Ellen Adams are to apply for a transfer of Justices' Licence to sell by retail intoxicating liquor of all descriptions, for consumption either on or off the premises, in respect of the Royal Oak, Fambridge Road, Maldon.
