To receive and consider from the Project Liaison Office, BT Payphones proposals to re-align payphone provision to meet consumer demand.

To receive and consider from AAP Consulting Ltd (on behalf of Hutchison 3G UK Ltd) the pre-application consultation in respect of the proposed Hutchison 3G Base Station at Mundon Road, Maldon.
