DESCRIPTION OF DEVELOPMENT: Amendment of condition 2 on planning permission FUL/MAL/02/00973 to allow a two hour extension of opening times on Bank Holiday weekends consistent with the extended licence already granted.
Further to Minute 223.3 of the Planning Committee meeting held on 3rd May, 2005 information has been received from the Chief Planning and Development Services Officer, Maldon District Council that an appeal has been submitted to the Planning Inspectorate in respect of the above application. Members will recall that they objected to the application as it was felt that the opening times would be inconsiderate to the nearby residential properties.

Information has been received from Maldon District Council that the Maldon Town Regatta Association has applied for a Public Entertainment License in respect of Hythe Quay, Maldon, on 24th September 2005, for a live band 19.30 - 23.00.
|| MALDON DISTRICT LOCAL DEVELOPMENT FRAMEWORK
DRAFT STATEMENT OF COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
To receive information from the Maldon District Council regarding the Maldon District Local Development Framework - Draft Statement of Community Involvement. A copy of this document has been circulated to all members. Members to note that this is a consultation on the future consultation and individual responses should be returned to the Maldon District Council by 7th October, 2005.
