DESCRIPTION OF DEVELOPMENT: Non compliance with condition 2 attached to planning permission FUL/MAL/95/0200 relating to the nature of goods to be sold.

Information has been received from the Chief Planning and Development Services Officer, Maldon District Council that an appeal has been received by the Planning Inspectorate against the decision of the District Council to refuse planning permission for the above development. Maldon Town Council objected to this application as it would be detrimental to High Street Traders.
