DESCRIPTION OF DEVELOPMENT: Two storey detached dwelling.
Information has been received from the Chief Planning & Development Services Officer, Maldon District that an appeal has been received by the Planning Inspectorate in respect of the Council's decision to refuse the above planning application. The Town Council had no objection to this application.
