To note that the new premises Licence has been issued and to consider what charge should be levied on hirers that benefit from the new Licence

To receive the risk assessment on the Town Hall carried out by the Town Mayor and Cllr Savage and to consider any necessary action arising from the report
 7.4 REPAIRS, REDECORATION AND REPLACEMENT OF ITEMS

To consider putting in place a rolling capital programme for the Town Hall

At the request of Cllr Keighley, to review the opening hours of the Town Hall
