To receive and sign the minutes of the Environment Committee meeting held on 28th January, 2008.

To consider a financial report for the Environment Committee.

To consider a verbal report from Mrs. Good regarding a recent allotment inspection.
Shed - Plot 18a, Maldon Hall
To consider a request to install a shed on plot 18a, Maldon Hall allotment site.
By-pass Hedge, Maldon Hall
A request has been received from a tenant enquiring if the by-pass boundary hedge could be cut back. The Grounds Maintenance Contractor has been requested to undertake this work.
To receive a verbal update regarding additional allotment plots at the site.

To consider and approve the notes of the Maldon in Bloom Working Party meetings held on 5th March, 2008.

To receive and consider a verbal report regarding possible grant funding for improvements to the pathways which run through the garden.
|| LEECH MEMORIAL GARDEN
To receive and consider the Notes of a meeting held on Saturday, 23rd February, 2008 with members of the Friends of Leech Memorial Garden.
