|| THE MOOT HALL WORKING PARTY
To note that discussions are continuing with the Trustees of the Friends of Moot Hall; many of the principles of a joint agreement have been established and a meeting is to be held to discuss those points that need clarification.
|| PROMOTION OF THE TOWN

To note that the District Council is minded to purchase banners that can be hung from lamp posts and used to promote events within the town. It may ask the Town Council to part fund this project.
To note that after extensive correspondence, the existing insurance provider submitted the most competitive quotation and this was accepted.

To consider a compliance document for use by councillors and by members of staff as an addition to the terms and conditions of contract
| QUESTIONS FROM THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
In accordance with s.1 of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 to resolve that in view of the confidential nature of the business to be discussed it is in the opinion of the Committee advisable in the public interest that the public and press be temporarily excluded and they be instructed to withdraw.
