|| MDC Conservation & Design Awards - the Moot Hall is short listed for a Heritage Conservation award. The judging panel will make a site visit on Tuesday 14 October.

Statement of Training intent - to receive a report on staff training. This can provide evidence for re-accreditation under the Quality Council Scheme. The parallel requirement for member training will be considered at the Council meeting to be held on 20 October 2008.

In accordance with s.1 of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 to resolve that in view of the confidential nature of the business to be discussed it is in the opinion of the Committee advisable in the public interest that the public and press be temporarily excluded and they be instructed to withdraw.
