| BRICKHOUSE FARM ALLOTMENT SITE
a) To sign the lease for the extension to the allotment site to 5 November 2009;
b) To note that the Town Clerk has written to the Maldon District Council requesting that, due to the proposed expenditure to increase the size of the allotment site, it considers extending the lease period to a minimum of 15 and preferably 25 years.
To receive and consider a quotation for the ground works to extend the allotment site.
