| THE MOOT HALL
To set up a working party to negotiate an agreement with the Friends.
|| To note that although the Town Council did not receive an award for the Moot Hall the judges "were impressed by the work which has been executed to a high standard. The establishment of the Friends group was also felt to be a real achievement". The Town Council has received an invitation for a representative to attend the Presentation Ceremony on Friday 5 December at noon.

In accordance with s.1 of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 to resolve that in view of the confidential nature of the business to be discussed it is in the opinion of the Committee advisable in the public interest that the public and press be temporarily excluded and they be instructed to withdraw.
