 7.2 To note that 850 has been returned to the Town Council by the Maldon Promotions Group being the remainder of the grant made in 2008-09 which was no longer required.

To note that the Working Party and the Trustees of the Friends of Moot Hall are working to have the proposed joint agreement ready for approval by Council at its meeting on 22 June 2009
